Nurse practitioner JinAe Arneklev cares for patients who are diagnosed with ALS, and works with them to maximize their function. She has more than 20 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, and has a passion for both research and patient care.
Arneklev earned both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in nursing from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. She is a National Health Service Corp Scholar who worked in underserved communities in Baltimore City. Prior to joining the Johns Hopkins Center for ALS Specialty Care, she participated in the Healthy Aging in Neighborhoods of Diversity across the Life Span (HANDLS) study with the National Institute on Aging.
Arneklev’s research interests focus on ALS and finding a cure for the disease.
