Dr. Chang earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Dartmouth College and his medical degree from the State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine. Louis Chang is a neurosurgical spine specialist with expertise in minimally invasive surgery (MIS) for spinal disorders.
