Dr. Rai is a firm believer in the bench-to-bedside approach to medicine. Mohammad Ali Rai
Ali Rai, M.D., is an infectious disease physician with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. Dr. Rai has knowledge and expertise in helping patients work through and treat a wide-range of conditions and complex infectious disease challenges. A typical day for him could include treating a patient with a neurosurgery hydatid cyst in the morning and then working on a Naegleria case in the ICU in the afternoon. He enjoys the unique opportunity of working with both patients and medical colleagues in the hospital and clinical setting, and across the spectrum of age, disease and medical specialties.Dr. Rai is a firm believer in the bench-to-bedside approach to medicine.
