Dr. Susan Tuddenham is an associate professor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She received her M.P.H. from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and her M.D. from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She completed her residency in internal medicine and her fellowship in infectious diseases at the Johns Hopkins Hospital.Her research interests are in sexually transmitted infections, HIV, and the human microbiome in the context of infectious diseases.Her outpatient clinical practice focuses on recurrent vaginitis (including Bacterial Vaginosis and Vulvovaginal Candidiasis), Sexually Transmitted Infections, and recurrent Urinary Tract Infections in women.
