Since the age of 13, Dr Marsh has been drawn to jobs that allow her to care for others. She started nannying for an 11-month-old with plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) and remembers researching everything about the condition so that she could be the best care-giver possible. She pursued a job as an EMT during her pre-med classes and loved that these jobs not only required her to learn about the physiology of the human body, but also provided the opportunity to provide care to and connect with people.
