Casey Brown, DO, is a general physiatrist in the Department of Physical Medicine and Neuro-Rehabilitation at Barrow Neurological Institute.
Dr. Brown specializes in neuro-rehabilitation, primarily focusing on advanced spasticity management as well as treatment and management of patients with brain injuries, strokes, adult cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and other neurologic conditions.
