In 1999, Dr. Philip M. Perrino assumed ownership and became the chief optometrist of our practice. Under his visionary leadership, we expanded our focus from primarily providing glasses and contact lenses to embracing a comprehensive commitment to ongoing education and advanced skills in diagnosing and managing eye disorders.
