My role as an orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement is to help patients struggling with joint pain and arthritis-related symptoms such as discomfort, stiffness, decreased range of motion and joint swelling. Although hip and knee arthritis are common conditions, no two patients are the same. It is my mission to understand each patient as an individual and, together, help formulate a treatment plan to improve their quality of life. While nonsurgical treatments are often effective and should always be pursued initially, sometimes patients require a more definitive treatment in the form of a joint replacement.I joined St.
