Dr. Andrew Stewart is a board-certified internist and cardiologist with fellowship training in cardio-oncology and cardiovascular disease care. His areas of clinical interest include echocardiography and nuclear cardiology for cancer patients and transcatheter therapy for tricuspid regurgitation/heart valve disease and other serious heart conditions. Dr. Stewart’s background in cardio-oncology allows him to serve the heart- health needs of patients experiencing cancer with a focus on preventing and managing heart failure. Dr. Stewart earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California. He completed his internal medicine residency and fellowships in Dallas at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
