Dr Abbey Merryman joined the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in January 2025 as the Vice Chair of Clinical Operations and Associate Chief Medical Officer for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her medical degree from University of Iowa in 2010 and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in 2014. She is dual board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and clinical informatics. She received an MBA from the University of Iowa in 2023. She comes to the Medical College of Wisconsin from the University of Iowa, where she was on faculty and practiced full-scope inpatient and outpatient obstetrics and gynecology.
