?shild (pronounced O-sill) is a board-certified Women?s Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in pregnancies with high risk maternal and fetal conditions. She has more than 15-years of experience as a Labor & Delivery nurse and has served as an instructor in neonatal resuscitation, fetal monitoring and advanced cardiac life support in pregnancy. She has developed and taught simulation courses on obstetrical emergencies, such as postpartum hemorrhage, eclamptic seizures and emergency cesarean sections. ?shild helped implement Resolve Through Sharing, a bereavement program that provides training to staff who care for families with pregnancy and infant loss.
