Dr Thayer was born and raised in Washington State. She received her undergraduate education at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. After completing her medical education at Drexel College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, she returned home to the Pacific Northwest for a general surgery residency at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, WA. She is proud to offer her well rounded experience to the Tri-Cities and is happy to make this her new home with her husband and young son.
