Stanley Zagorski, Jr., MD, FACS is board certified in surgery and specializes in bariatric and minimally invasive surgery. Dr Zagorski attended the University of Scranton, followed by Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery internship and residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. He completed additional fellowship training in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery was performed at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. As a member of the Army, he received several awards including the Order of Military Medical Merit, the Army Medical Department A Proficiency designator, and the Bronze Star Medal.
