My approach to care has been influenced by my personal beliefs as well as experiences with health care for myself and my extended family. I am a person who believes in treating others as you would wish to be treated. Personal experiences for extended family with a serious illness brought me into contact with some wonderful physicians, nurse practitioners, and staff who treated us not only with the clinical information and decisions, but also as people. Healthcare can be daunting; my hope is to help the person with understanding and compassion
