Qiulu Pan
Dr. Pan received Ph.D. training in China, where he was a pediatric hematologist/oncologist. He completed postdoctoral fellowships at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University and at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, he was a clinical molecular genetics fellow, accredited by the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics. At Montefiore Medical Center of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, he was the director of the molecular pathology laboratory and an assistant professor of pathology, later becoming an associate professor of pathology (clinical track). At Quest Diagnostics, he was the science director of the molecular oncology laboratory at Chantilly, VA, and he reestablished the only HLA laboratory at the company. He previously served on several committees for the Association of Molecular Pathology. He currently holds board certifications from the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics in clinical molecular genetics and clinical cytogenetics, as well as from the American Board of Clinical Chemistry in molecular diagnostics. He is board eligible for American Board of Medical Microbiology. He has been an author on over 20 publications.
