Dr Harper received his dental degree from the Schulich School of Dentistry at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada where he was awarded the Senior Student Award in Pediatric Dentistry in his graduating year. Dr Harper then completed a residency in pediatric dentistry at the IWK Hospital through Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Finally, he completed an additional residency in pediatric dentistry at Boston Children’s Hospital in association with Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
