Dr. Corey is a native of Charleston, West Virginia. Growing up he was active in sports including basketball, baseball, soccer, and track. His enthusiasm for sports is what initially attracted him to Orthopaedics. Dr. Corey graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in Biology. He went on to medical school and residency at West Virginia University. He completed a fellowship in Foot and Ankle surgery at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD. He is board-certified in Orthopaedics
