Dr Leander Moncur (he/him) is originally from the Bahamas, but is happy to be in the Pacific Northwest as he enjoys the natural beauty of the area. He entered into medicine out of a love for helping people, graduating from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and performing his fellowship at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr Moncur understands how stressful surgery is for patients and finds assisting in their care and recovery to be truly meaningful. He especially values taking care of patients who are acutely ill or experiencing critical conditions. Beyond his practice, Dr Moncur enjoys playing board games with his family, cooking and being a handyman.
