The PT staff are amazing but if you are on Medicare do NOT use this location -170 Kimel Park Drive, Winston-Salem, NC. Novant Heath's acquiring of OrthoCarolina PT in Feb. of 2025 resulted in the claims mangagment dept. being unable to file claims with Medicare due to a major "known issue" with this actual location. Phone numbers for Novant billing & claims management are nonexistant. Customer service says making a compaint won't help & that one just has to wait unitl they get it resolved. In the meantime, after my 6 PT sessions, there is no way of determining if I have met my Medicare cap for PT since no claims have been filed.
