My hip pain came upon me suddenly and x-rays revealed bone on bone. I wanted it done asap and Dr. Kozy's name was referred to me by the head of Orthopedics at UH because his own surgery schedule was six months out and I couldn't wait that long. Dr. Kozy was great! Upfront, he explained the procedure and what the risks could be. My recovery was a little longer than most because I have underlying back issues, but Dr. Kozy was very patient with me and provided much needed encouragement. I would recommend Dr. Kozy for any orthopedic procedure needed.
