Jason Fronczak
Dr. Fronczak earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania, and completed his residency in family medicine at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Shadyside. He went on to receive fellowship training in primary care sports medicine at Allegheny General Hospital. He served as team physician for Robert Morris University Men’s Ice Hockey and several athletic teams at Moon Area High School. He also acted as assistant physician to the Pittsburgh Pirates, Pittsburgh Riverhounds, Pitt City Rugby Club, and the Pittsburgh Harlequins Rugby Club.
