Dr. Zeeshan Ali saw us only twice during my husband’s treatment for a rare, aggressive cancer. His lack of empathy was matched by his team’s unresponsiveness. PAs Melissa and Sarah could not answer critical questions and showed no urgency or compassion when my husband’s WBC and neutrophil counts dropped dangerously low. CSF, a standard part of care, was never provided. Treatment was delayed unnecessarily. Nurse Coordinator Jewel was unreachable for over a week, and we were never informed of available support resources. We felt abandoned during a life-threatening illness. Even after raising our concerns with the clinic manager, there was no follow-up. This team failed us, and I cannot recommend Dr. Ali or this cancer center
