Brittany A. Black, DNP, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Children’s Heart Institute, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Bellarmine University, Louisville, and her doctorate in nursing practice from Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green. Brittany also holds certification as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. With a patient-centered approach, Brittany tailors her care to individual needs while maintaining open communication with families. A native of Louisville, she enjoys spending time with family and exploring new destinations during her leisure time.
