Growing up in a small town in India, the limited availability of medical resources inspired Palak Shah to commit herself to a career in medicine at an early age. She believes there is power in being older—we just have to recognize it. She came to ArchWell Health because it encourages doctors to build strong relationships with their patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband (also a doctor), exploring new places, and dancing.
