Dr Brendan Koistinen is a board-certified and fellowship-trained sports medicine physician specializing in non-surgical orthopedics and sports medicine. He received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from AZCOM – Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ and went on to complete residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. Following residency, Dr Koistinen completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the prestigious Andrew’s Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics in Birmingham, AL. While in fellowship, Dr Koistinen served as team physician for Troy University athletics, including the Sun Belt Conference championship winning football team.
