Edward Wang, MD, PhD
Dr Edward Wenge Wang, MD, Ph.D., is the section chief of gynecologic oncology and a tenured associate professor in the Department of Medical Oncology & Therapeutics Research, specializing in gynecologic oncology. He leads a cellular and molecular laboratory at the Beckman Research Institute, where his work focuses on translational research to advance cancer therapeutics. Dr Wang earned his MD, a master’s in Immunology and a Ph.D. in Tumor Immunology from Harbin Medical University in China. He was an invited foreign special investigator in the Department of Biochemistry at Osaka University Medical School, supported by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science.
