Regina C Bailey, MSN, NNP-BC, is certified as a National Resuscitation Program Instructor and a National Resuscitation Program (NRP) and is board-certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC). Ms. Bailey’s philosophy is to provide high-quality, evidence-based, compassionate care to every patient and family member who walks into an NAH facility. Ms. Bailey works in a level 3A neonatal intensive care unit and cares for premature, surgical and critically ill newborns. She attends and participates in high-risk delivery situations and serves as a resource and educator to nurses, colleagues, patients and patients’ families.
