Dr. Painley is a highly skilled interventional cardiologist who performs advanced procedures for patients with heart disease. He received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed an internal medicine residency from Frankford Hospitals, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
