Tanner is from a small town on the Oregon coast. He graduated from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, OR where he received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He then moved to Hillsboro, OR where he graduated from Pacific University earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2023).
