Edward Snell
Dr. Snell specializes in sports medicine, concussion therapy, and biologics/stem-cell care. He treats patients with sports injuries, concussions, and musculoskeletal injuries and fractures. He is experienced at providing fracture and concussion care and biologic/stem-cell injections. Dr. Snell is director of AHN Sports Concussion program. He is also head team physician, Pittsburgh Pirates; a member of the Major League Baseball (MLB) Concussion Committee and Biologic Committee and MLBNAC. He is a U.S. Olympic physician, a sports advisory physician with the PIAA, and an orthopaedic consultant for MLB Team Scotti. He served as a past board member of PA Podiatry, a director of PCSM Division, and Director of PCSM Fellowship. He is past president of MLB Team Physician Associates and was named Team Physician 2009 “Physician of the Year.” He speaks English.
