We are based in the Park Slope area of Brooklyn in New York City. Founded by Jason Meisel NP, the goal here is to treat mental health issues in all ages. We offer diagnostic/evaluations, medication managements, therapy, as well as medical marijuana and ketamine compounding therapies.We are a LGBTQIA+ inclusive, safe space.
