Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: When I was a child, I had an interaction with a very kind nurse and that first impression has never left me. It was then that I knew I wanted to give others that same feeling of compassion and empathy that I received. I have worked at Wellspan for the past 24 years and have cared for patients of all ages. Learning and furthering my career is very important to me and I consider myself a forever student.
