Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I chose to pursue a career in medicine because of my early exposure to medicine from my mother during my formative years in Nigeria. I quickly realized how fulfilling it is to be able to help other humans during a time when they are so vulnerable. I chose dermatology because it afforded me the opportunity to see a wide range of skin conditions and also perform procedures in a clinic setting. What I want my patients to know about me: I want my patients to know that I specialize in both general and cosmetic dermatology. I'm extremely passionate about my job, and I'm very skilled in treating all skin types including skin of color.
