Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I chose to pursue a career in nursing because I thoroughly enjoy helping people and communicating with them. I also enjoyed the science aspect and understanding how the human body works. I specialized in mental health because I felt that this is where I thrived and could use my ability to connect and communicate with people to the best of my ability. What I want my patients to know about me: I am an open, down to earth provider who lets you express your concerns, frustrations and goals for treatment. I will help you make informed decisions about your medications based on evidence-based information and education I can provide. I have a good sense of humor and am genuine.
