During our session, he made two comments that were so far off the edge of the map inappropriate, I won't even list them here.

Further, he completely omitted critical information from our appointment in the after-appointment summary, negatively impacting my progress with the referring physician.

During the appointment he indicated I could be referred internally to another physician if needed.

When I called the clinic to request a new doctor, they were unwilling to accommodate me. I reached out to him directly he refused to provide the internal referral, even though he indicated he would.

Note to Swedish folks: If you fire Dr Xing, they will ban you from all Swedish pain services. So, basically, I lose an entire treatment provider because he cannot conduct himself ethically, causing me to seek a new practitioner within the practice, and getting me denied all services.
