Where do I start about Dr. Brent Boyse and his team? This was my second implant almost a year after my first one. Needless to say, I am NOT the ideal patient when it comes to anything dealing with dentistry. I would rather give birth! My experience with Dr. Boyse, my oral surgeon, has been nothing short of extraordinary, a testament to his expertise, compassion, and dedication to patient care. Given the anxiety that often accompanies dental procedures, especially those as significant as oral surgery, it is a rare gift to find a practitioner who not only exceeds clinical expectations but also attends thoughtfully to the emotional well-being of their patients.
The office staff deserve special recognition as well, for their efficiency in scheduling, attention to detail, and genuine kindness. The seamless coordination between the reception and medical team made the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. This time, I had an issue with my work and the paperwork they required for my time off. Connee, in the front office, went above and beyond with the numerous changes they required.
Dr. Boyse’s surgical skills and his calm and reassuring demeanor are above reproach. On the day of my surgery, Dr. Boyse and his team explained the procedure once more, addressing details with patience and care.
Recovery can often be the most challenging phase of any surgical procedure, but Dr. Boyse and his team’s commitment to patient care extended well beyond the operating room. They provided clear instructions for post-operative care and were readily available to answer any follow-up questions. What truly sets him and his team apart is their proactive approach. They checked in with me personally after surgery, ensuring that my recovery was progressing smoothly and even sent me beautiful flowers for my recovery. This level of dedication is uncommon and deeply appreciated.
Dr. Boyse’s philosophy centers on treating each patient as a unique individual. I never felt like just another case; instead, I was treated with dignity and respect, with my comfort and outcomes given top priority. There was a genuine effort to alleviate my fears, and the warmth extended by both Dr. Boyse and his staff made an otherwise intimidating experience surprisingly pleasant. I wish they could say the same about me! Lol
I unequivocally recommend Dr. Boyse to anyone seeking dental care, especially those faced with complex or daunting procedures.
