My experience includes treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, substance abuse and psychotic disorders. I offer pharmacology in addition to psychotherapy to provide individualized patient-centered care. I am approachable and compassionate to my clients and their families. You will find that I will emphasize that self-care techniques, healthy habits and coping skills are just as important as medication compliance.

I am a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and also a Family Nurse Practitioner and my goal is to help my patients thrive in their personal and professional endeavors. I believe in doing what’s best for the patient and treating the whole person, focusing on physical, mental and emotional health. My goal is to form a collaborative relationship and work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that focuses on the individual’s goals.
