Charlotte was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease as a teen. This is what steered her in the direction of a career in nursing. She knows firsthand how it feels to go through the steps of diagnosis and treatment, allowing her to have a unique connection with her patients. Charlotte has a special interest in inflammatory bowel diseases, ostomy-related care, short gut, bowel-related nutrition, patient advocacy and complex care patients. Charlotte loves working with children because of their fun, resilient and unpredictable nature. “I love that they have no filter. You never know what is going to come out of their mouth next.” Charlotte is also an avid volunteer.
