Kelly M. Usrey, CGC
Kelly Usrey, a Genetic Counselor, graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2010. She has experience in prenatal genetic counseling in Kansas and Arizona. In 2017, she joined Carilion Clinic's Maternal Fetal Medicine team. In Kansas City, she conducted research on improving the quality of life for individuals with Prader Willi syndrome in pediatric medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Mrs. Usrey is dedicated to training residents and genetic counseling students, teaching Virginia Tech-Carilion medical students, and helps patients with genetic risk assessment and testing during pregnancy. Her goal is to provide accessible genetic counseling to all patients, regardless of their history or indication.
