Dr. Desai received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, Portsmouth, Commonwealth of Dominica. He completed an internship at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and a neurology residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
