Uberto Mondolfi graduated from Capella University, where I completed a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Ph.D. I obtained a degree in Civil Engineering early in my life and worked as a civil engineer, as a teacher, as a consultant, and as an asset manager for an international banking firm. I see these early years in my professional development as invaluable. They helped develop a national and international vision of the social, political, environmental, and economic problems that surround our society. Additionally, these experiences helped me understand the interconnectedness of systems and how they apply to people.
