Hello. What material are the crowns you installed on my 2 teeth made of? What laboratory did you use to make them? Is this really secret information? In general, I am waiting for answers to all my questions by email. Which you still haven't answered. I visited your clinic in October of this year. I asked Dr. Alex, administrators and Ksenia to send me documents about my treatment, which they did not give me after the services were provided (documents about the services provided, confirmation of payment, examination results, X-ray, iTero scan). I asked you to send me information about the laboratory where they made crowns for me, licenses and certificates. You sent me a message that within 30 days a lawyer will prepare this information for me. This information is provided immediately to clients in the clinics. You installed crowns on my teeth. I feel uncomfortable. My tongue hurts because it is constantly injured due to the crowns on 2 teeth that you installed. Dr. Alex installed 2 crowns on my old fillings. Which is very bad. Initially, I expected that my fillings would be changed and crowns installed. But Dr. Alex didn't do that. You cleaned my teeth. Afterwards it turned out that I needed to fill the 5th tooth. You provided several services for which I paid. As Ksenia, an employee of your clinic told me, my teeth cleaning was done for free. I didn't ask you to clean my teeth for free. After brushing my teeth, I immediately said that I didn’t feel any difference. Natalya, an employee at the clinic, told me that they had done a deep cleaning of my teeth. And she said that it cannot be that I continue to feel the presence of stones on my lower teeth. Also, employee Ksenia informed me that they did a deep cleaning of my teeth. You didn't give me a deep cleaning of my teeth. I know what deep teeth cleaning is. I have had deep teeth cleanings done many times before. I know the result after deep teeth cleaning. Several times I asked questions that bothered me after installing crowns and treating the 5th tooth. I refused to install a crown on the 5th tooth after filling. It was a living tooth and I did not experience acute pain before treating it. Employee Ksenia wrote to me that the clinic would call me back and discuss my questions and problems. Ksenia also asked me to write down all the questions so that they could be discussed over the phone. The fact is that such problems and questions are not discussed with a doctor over the phone. It is very strange. I still continue to experience discomfort. But you never called me back or invited me for an examination. I sent you my questions, photos, and explained that I experienced severe acute pain and discomfort after treatment. You sent me a letter with files that cannot be opened. Because the file has a password that you did not tell me. The second file contains one cropped X-ray of several teeth. More than a week has passed. You continue to ignore my request to send me my documents, X-ray, iTero scan, certificates and licenses.
During root canal treatment, a burnt smell appeared in my mouth. The piece flew off the teeth and fell on the tongue. The assistant removed the piece using a saliva ejector. Doctor Alex and assistant didn’t tell me what it was.​ Also, you did not give me the documents that I signed at your clinic.
I ask you to answer the email that you ignore my questions and provide me with my documents, X-ray, iTero scan, full information about the services and treatments that you provided me. There is no more information on your website about where you make crowns. There are no certificates or licenses on the website for the laboratory that makes crowns. It was a big mistake to contact your clinic.
Give me my documents so that my new doctor can compare the results before and after your treatment. I came to your clinic without an infection. As a result, you informed me that there was an infection after the crowns were installed.
