Dr. Chad Armstrong earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. He completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He then completed a cardiovascular medicine fellowship program also at Vanderbilt.
