My husband and I currently see Dr Fowler in Rockwall, Tx, having followed him here from Sunnyvale. Why? Because there is no one better. We've known him now for 20+ yrs and know him to be a good person as well. He's not only our family doctor, he's a friend that knows and understands us, is patient and tolerant with the elderly, he has compassion and he makes it a point to re-cap that visit, going over everything done and suggested before we leave. Dr Fowler is encouraging, an uplifter to all his patients. We simply would never even consider a different family doctor.
