Dr Mendoza is so kind, funny and empathic. The staff on the other hand … yikes. Front desk receptionist service/manner has significantly declined since Dr Kaufman left. I don’t know if the front desk lady is racist or just flat out unfriendly but I hope she moves on to another field because she’s in the wrong field.
