Outpatient lab is ridiculous. Hours of waiting. Wish my doctor never left OSF-LCM. Lab there I’m in and out in 15 min. And I’m not lying.

Palos hospital lab is very slow. NWestern needs to revamp the lab area and how it runs. It shouldn't take 2 hours to register and get a blood test!
