Austin Creviston
Austin Grayce Hester, M.D. is a pediatric urologist at the Department of Urology at the Medical University of South Carolina. She sees patients and operates at Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital as well as the R. Keith Summey Medical Pavilion in North Charleston. She joined the faculty in 2021 following completion of her fellowship in Pediatric Urology at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC, which followed her urology residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC, which she completed in 2019. As a Carolina native, Dr. Hester has a passion for the health and well-being of the children here in the Lowcountry. She holds particular interest in minimally-invasive surgical options, including robotics. Additionally, her clinical interests include hypospadias, vesicoureteral reflux, ectopic ureters/duplication anomalies, and upper and lower urinary tract obstruction.
