This provider could be the most judgemental and unprofessional provider I have ever dealt with. I have never had a provider make me feel like I was a lesser person because of the insurance I have and the fact that I have a debilitating illness that has kept me out of work for 4 years and counting until I had the displeasure of meeting Nurse Flores. I literally could not believe when she told me I should get a job and get real insurance, I guess to her us scum dont deserve medical care or decent treatment. I complained to Southwest Medical but instead of trying to find out what happened the head of their cardiology department tried to milk my insurance for 1 more visit to "discuss" what was said.
