I chose to become a PA so that I could help the people in my community live a healthier life. I view medicine as a dialogue between provider and patient. As a family medicine physician assistant, I treat patients using medical guidelines that are based on scientific research. I like to share this knowledge with patients, which helps them play an active role in making choices about their healthcare. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, and I also enjoy wood-turning.
