I was a patient of Dr. Shields for six years. Dr. Shields was unable to at any point during those six years provide me any relief for my issues. After being sent for many tests that ended up costing me over 1k dollars I was told to take Imodium every single day the maximum dose possible. Once covid hit the Dr decided to pass my care onto his nurse practitioner that was the most rude individual I've had the displeasure of working with. When I asked to go back to the Dr I was told no. When I let the office manager know about how poorly I had continued to be treated by the nurse I was told to find another doctor. For the record my new doctor has fixed my issues in two visits. This after being told by Dr. Shields that he was unable to help me. I am not the only person he has randomly decided to cut off care for, at his whim. He has no business being a doctor because he clearly doesn't care about his patients.
